Every contractor involved in any form of construction work must, by law, open and maintain a health and safety file specific to each project.

The Construction Regulation is very clear on this and the Department of Labour do not hesitate to shut down building sites and projects and impose severe penalties where contractors are found to be non-compliant to this requirement.

Our health and safety files are not generic and is compiled to meet the most stringent client specifications.

Where the client do not provide any health and safety file specifications, we can assist in providing a file containing the basic documents required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993 as amended and Regulations.
